Just as a snake sheds its skin, so must we undergo regular intervals of "shedding" to make room for growth and to

facilitate transformation in our lives. This album, inspired by moments of change, reminds us of the difficulty of

letting go; but the rewards of doing so in search of higher grounds, as well as the remarkable resiliency of the

human spirit. Composed out of both real and imagined worlds, where we bear witness to „kingdoms“ that fall, but are

once again rebuilt. Dedicated with gratitude to all those who have helped me bring this project to fruition. The journey

was a long one, but well worth the effort.
